Before we begin...
We want to make your life easier, not harder. If you’ve never worked with a consultant before, here’s a helpful tip before you dive in: at the beginning of a project, you’ll have a little work to do to get us everything we need. As work progresses, your time will likely clear up as we take over tasks, but we’ll still need you around.
Collaborating doesn’t mean there’s no work for you—it just means there’s going to be a whole lot less of it.
